Terms of Service
1. I have the right to decline a commission and use my work for portfolio purposes.
2. I must be credited Nashuuki under the video description with a link to my Twitter @Nashuuki.
3. Commissions by default are for non-commercial use.
- Additional 50% of the final payment will be added for commercial uses.
4. Please provide the following in an organized Google Drive folder (properly labeled):
- Assets. I will acquire additional free-to-use assets if I think the video needs them.
- Art (sizes should be below 2000px and above 5000px).
- Audio in either .mp3 or .wav format
- Document file with lyrics. Color Coded Script for covers with two or more singers
5. Minor Revisions (font change, text placement, simple colour correction, timing change, sprite swap) are infinite without additional payment. Anything major will be an additional payment.
6. You can request as many updates as you can. I also regularly send in WIPS when I am done animating a certain section of the video.
7. Deadlines can be discussed privately. I ask for your patience and understanding if ever I cannot meet a deadline as I am busy with school and other things in life.
Payment
1. Payments will only be done through Paypal.
2. Half the payment must be paid upfront before I start animating. The rest of the payment will be paid after I send you the final video.
- Tier 1 animations will be the only tier that will be required to be paid fully up front.
3. First payment will be fully refunded if you wish to cancel the project and if I have not started on anything.
4. Half of the first payment will be refunded if you wish to cancel the project but I have already started on something.
